Wednedsday JULY 27

The final weigh in is this Saturday and i must say I loved being in the contest. Did I win? Probably not, but I did win because I lost weight and I am happy about that. I also changed my eating habits which is good! But the one thing I really like is the working out. It makes me feel so good and energetic in the morning..its great! Well, we will see what happens Saturday! Bye for now Patty.

MONDAY July 18

The summer is really going fast! I can't believe July is almost over and the last weigh in is in a couple of weeks. It has been a good thing entering the contest and I am really glad i did. Eating right is usually easy, but I still seem to struggle every once and awhile with making poor choices of foods....working out is GREAT! bye for now Patty

Mon July 11

Haven't blogged in awhile, sorry...I have a good reason though, my kids were in from out of town all last week for the fourth of July weekend and it was great!! I have a daughter in Houston, Texas, a son in Tuscon, Arizona, and another son and daughter-in-law and two grandsons in Tampa, Florida. To have everybody home at one time was so nice. We even took a great family photo. We had picnics, went swimming, and went to the park. I did good some days eating right and honestly other days i did not. I still worked out so I felt good about that. So now they are all gone again and I feel sad. I still have kids here though which is the best. And there is no excuse to get back on track and keep on keeping on. Swimming with the kids at summer camp is great! i am very tired when I get home and time goes by fast until the morning when I am back in the pool! bye for now Patty
