Life is different

I have lost 30pds. and my life is different. I do feel really good! I have alot more energy and I find myself running up the basement steps with laundry and that is so much different than when i was heavier, because i crawled up those steps and was breathing heavy when i did that! My clothes fit so much better they are now at the point i am digging out the smaller sizes i had, but still have to buy some new summer clothes!Yes! Taking care of my son Price who has disabilities is easier! He is sooo big (weighs 130 and is 5'7!) and is lift him alot. Lately its been alot easier to lift him and that is a VERY GOOD THING!!  I look forward to my workouts in the morning and that in itself is a miracle. I am very happy I lost the weight and look forward to losing alittle bit more! Bye for now...Patty.
