weigh-in yesterday

The April weigh-in was yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised! I had not been weighing myself for awhile and thought that pigging out on Easter had me gaining weight, but I went right back to eating right and working out and I did lose 7pds!yea! Anyway I went under 200 pds. and I am very happy! All my hard work is paying off, and I mean hard work. This challenge is not as easy as I thought it was going to be! I realize that eating right and working out is very hard, because eating right makes you have to think out what your eating next and maybe have to take the time to prepare it, not just grab at any random food(especially sandwiches!) and working out i d like, but getting up at 5A.M.which is my only time to do that, can be hard some mornings..... I really wanted to win this challenge because I am so competitive, but know I realize even if I don't win per say I win because I have lost weight and doing this for all these months has made put me in a routine that I will strive to always do and by losing the weight I win, because I feel good I have more energy I have lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol, It's easier to take care of Price....these benefits plus more my friends are GREAT!! bye for now Patty
