Sunday March 6

It's been a good week. I have still been eating healthy and going to the gym in the morning. It really does seem like the weight is coming off more slowly than in February, but I know that the first weight you lose comes off fast, and then you have to really work at it. That part of losing weight I don't like working at it. Exercising is still good and I look forward to it, but eating healthy sometimes is so hard. I believe alot of it is discipline, and that's never been a strong point of mine. I mean I want to succeed, but its like running a race...Byou have to keep on going and going and running to win even when your tired, but in the long run you will finish and be happy. Finish to win? Or just finish knowing you did your best. Both scenarios sound good, but with me...i really want to win. Read the News-Herald today and saw all the weight everybody lost! Congratulations to everybody and I hope everybody continues to run the race! Bye for now Patty.
