good things are happening

As I thought about this past week I realized it was good. I lost alittle more weight and maybe inches, but the thing that made me smile was what happened on Wednesday morning. My jeans are getting too big!! Yeah! But, I still want to wear them so I had bought a belt about a six weeks ago and I wasn't happy then with the XL size and oh well I bought it for $10.00 at Walmart. I seemed to be tightening the belt to the last hole and then I had a problem keeping the jeans up with that so I had my husband make another hole in the belt so it would keep my jeans up!! Wow! That felt good! The other thing I  realized lately is that I am enjoying green vegetables like broccli or asparagus or brussel sprouts ect..... I like eating them like I used to like doughnuts, candy or other sugary crap. Does this mean my taste buds have changed? Or am I finally realizing that there is alot of things out there a person who is trying to eat right and healthy can choose from that is good for you and when you eat it you are rewarded in your body. Not like sugary stuff that tastes good while your eating eat but then turns on you literally turns in you to FAT! I will sometimes eat a cookie or something sweet but not overdo. I am wondering why it took me so long to firgure this out. I think I really knew deep down, but didn't care. Now I care. Bye for now. Patty
